## Usage

Importing a CSV file:

    # EfoNelfo.parse_csv "B12345678.332.csv"    # => EfoNelfo::V40::Order

Exporting CSV:

    # order = EfoNelfo::V40::Order.new
    # order.add EfoNelfo::V40::Order::Line.new item_number: '442', order_number: 'abc'
    # order.to_csv
