# Create

Generate a blank note and open it with the `$EDITOR`.

Usage:

```
ncn create
```

Short form:

```
ncn
```

Options:

- `--path` (optional) — local path to the notes repository. The directory will be created if not present. Default repository path is `$PWD`.
- `--tags` (optional) — add any number of tags to the new note. Use comma to separate multiple values.
