Description:
  Used to create stubs for creating a new CMS widget for
  the Compass AE framework

Example:
    rails g cms_widget [widget_name] [description] [icon_url]

    This will create:
        1. Folder structure app/widgets/[widget_name]
        
        2. javascript folder with default widget setup

        3. views folder with index.html.erb

        4. Widgets::[widget_name]::Base class that extends from ErpApp::Widgets::Base
