This can be got from Azure Management potal. This parameter is required when environment variable 'AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT' is not set. ### azure_use_workload_id Use Azure Workload Identity for authentication. The plugin will use a token generated from the kubernetes OIDC issuer to get an Azure OAuth2 token, which will be used to authenticate with the storage API. Supersedes other authentication types. Requires azure_oauth_tenant_id and azure_oauth_app_id to be set. See https://azure.github.io/azure-workload-identity/docs/introduction.html for implementation details. Default is false. ### azure_federated_token_file_path The path where the federated token is mounted on the local filesystem. If not specified, defaults to the value of the environment variable `AZURE_FEDERATED_TOKEN_FILE`, or `/var/run/secrets/azure/tokens/azure-identity-token` if the environment variable is not set. Defaults set per Azure Workload Identity documentation. ### azure_storage_access_key (not implemented yet - use msi) Your Azure Storage Access Key(Primary or Secondary). This also can be got from Azure Management potal. Storage access key authentication is used when this parameter is provided or environment variable 'AZURE_STORAGE_ACCESS_KEY' is set. ### azure_instance_msi Your Azure Managed Service Identity ID. When storage key authentication is not used, the plugin uses OAuth2 to authenticate as given MSI. This authentication method only works on Azure VM. If the VM has only one MSI assigned, this parameter becomes optional and the only MSI will be used. Otherwise this parameter is required. ### azure_client_id Azure AD client id is a specific explicit identity to use when authenticating to Azure AD. Mutually exclusive with azure_object_id and azure_instance_msi. (for now, you need to define next to `azure_instance_msi`) ### azure_object_id Azure AD object id is a specific explicit identity to use when authenticating to Azure AD. Mutually exclusive with azure_client_id and azure_instance_msi. (for now, you need to define next to `azure_instance_msi`) ### azure_oauth_tenant_id (Preview) Azure account tenant id from your Azure Directory. Required if workload ID or OAuth based credential mechanism is used. ### azure_oauth_app_id (Preview) OAuth client id that is used for OAuth based authentication. Required if workload ID or OAuth based credential mechanism is used. ### azure_oauth_secret (Preview) OAuth client secret that is used for OAuth based authentication. Required if OAuth based credential mechanism is used. ### azure_oauth_identity_authority Identity Authority URL used to retrieve the OAuth token. Default is commercial cloud of 'https://login.microsoftonline.com' and to switch to using Azure Government Cloud, provide a value of 'https://login.microsoftonline.us' ### azure_oauth_refresh_interval OAuth2 access token refreshment interval in second. Only applies when MSI / OAuth authentication is used. ### azure_oauth_use_azure_cli (Preview) Use az (azure cli) for get the access token, use only if the cli is installed on the host where fluentd runs. With this option you do not require to use `azure_oauth_app_id`, `azure_oauth_secret` or `azure_oauth_tenant_id` ### azure_container (Required) Azure Storage Container name ### auto_create_container This plugin create container if not exist when you set 'auto_create_container' to true. ### skip_container_check You can skip the initial container listing (and container creation) operations at startup. That can be useful if the user is not allowed to perform this operation. ### failsafe_container_check On startup, a list operation is called against a container, if that does not exists, the app tries to create it if `auto_create_container` is enabled. If that option is enabled, the application won't fail if any of these operations are failed. (Can be useful the right roles are not set on your container, but set for blobs) ### enable_retry If you set this option, operations can be retried in the buffer. Default value is false. (Used for create/update/flush Blob operations) ### startup_fail_on_error If that setting is disabled, the worker won't fail on initialization (getting first access token) error. The default value is true. ### url_domain_suffix The defaultt `url_domain_suffix` is `.dfs.core.windows.net`, you can override this in case of private endpoints. ### url_storage_resource The url that is used during accessing a resource. Default value: `https://storage.azure.com/` ### azure_object_key_format The format of Azure Storage object keys. You can use several built-in variables: - %{path} - %{time_slice} - %{index} - %{file_extension} - %{upload_timestamp} to decide keys dynamically. %{path} is exactly the value of *path* configured in the configuration file. E.g., "logs/" in the example configuration above. %{time_slice} is the time-slice in text that are formatted with *time_slice_format*. %{index} is the sequential number starts from 0, increments when multiple files are uploaded to Azure Storage in the same time slice. %{file_extention} is always "gz" for now. %{upload_timestamp} is an upload timestamp in text that are formatted with *upload_timestamp_format*. Difference between time_slice and upload_timestamp is that the second one is the actual system timestamp (other one is from the metadata) The default format is "%{path}%{time_slice}_%{index}.%{file_extension}". For instance, using the example configuration above, actual object keys on Azure Storage will be something like: ``` "logs/20130111-22_0.gz" "logs/20130111-23_0.gz" "logs/20130111-23_1.gz" "logs/20130112-00_0.gz" ``` With the configuration: ``` azure_object_key_format %{path}/events/ts=%{time_slice}/events_%{index}.%{file_extension} path log time_slice_format %Y%m%d-%H ``` You get: ``` "log/events/ts=20130111-22/events_0.gz" "log/events/ts=20130111-23/events_0.gz" "log/events/ts=20130111-23/events_1.gz" "log/events/ts=20130112-00/events_0.gz" ``` The [fluent-mixin-config-placeholders](https://github.com/tagomoris/fluent-mixin-config-placeholders) mixin is also incorporated, so additional variables such as %{hostname}, %{uuid}, etc. can be used in the azure_object_key_format. This could prove useful in preventing filename conflicts when writing from multiple servers. ``` azure_object_key_format %{path}/events/ts=%{time_slice}/events_%{index}-%{hostname}.%{file_extension} ``` ### file_extension File extension for the uploaded files. Only used if `store_as` is not set, or set as `none` ### store_as Archive format on Azure Storage. You can use following types: - none (default - no tmp file creation for log processing, use with json or single value format) - gzip - json - text - lzo (Need lzop command) - lzma2 (Need xz command) ### format Change one line format in the Azure Storage object. Supported formats are 'out_file', 'json', 'ltsv' and 'single_value'. - out_file (default) ``` time\ttag\t{..json1..} time\ttag\t{..json2..} ... ``` - json ``` {..json1..} {..json2..} ... ``` At this format, "time" and "tag" are omitted. But you can set these information to the record by setting "include_tag_key" / "tag_key" and "include_time_key" / "time_key" option. If you set following configuration in AzureStorage output: ``` format json include_time_key true time_key log_time # default is time ``` then the record has log_time field. ``` {"log_time":"time string",...} ``` - ltsv ``` key1:value1\tkey2:value2 key1:value1\tkey2:value2 ... ``` "ltsv" format also accepts "include_xxx" related options. See "json" section. - single_value Use specified value instead of entire recode. If you get '{"message":"my log"}', then contents are ``` my log1 my log2 ... ``` You can change key name by "message_key" option. ### path path prefix of the files on Azure Storage. Default is "" (no prefix). ### buffer_path (required) path prefix of the files to buffer logs. ### time_slice_format Format of the time used as the file name. Default is '%Y%m%d'. Use '%Y%m%d%H' to split files hourly. ### time_slice_wait The time to wait old logs. Default is 10 minutes. ### upload_timestamp_format Format of the upload timestamp used as the file name. Can be used instead of index in case of `write_only` option is enabled. Default value is '%H%M%S%L'. ### utc Use UTC instead of local time. ### write_only If that option is enabled, HEAD calls are skipped during blob operations. (so make sure to set the chunk limit to 4MB in order to avoid HEAD operation because of the append operation needs the last position of the uploaded blobs). ### proxy_url Proxy URL for Azure endpoint. ### proxy_username Proxy username for Azure proxy endpoint (used only if `proxy_url` is filled) ### proxy_password Proxy password for Azure `proxy_username` (used only if `proxy_url` is filled) ### http_timeout_seconds The time limit for HTTP request in seconds.
