# Ashikawa::AR

This project is deprecated. Please check out [Guacamole](https://github.com/triAGENS/guacamole).

We found that the [Active Record](http://www.martinfowler.com/eaaCatalog/activeRecord.html) pattern (which was the basis for this project) does not work very well with a document store. We therefore decided to go with a more [Data Mapper](http://www.martinfowler.com/eaaCatalog/dataMapper.html) inspired approach with Guacamole. If you have any feedback, please feel free to ping us anytime.
