**lock_type** | **String** | The type of envelope lock.  Currently \"edit\" is the only supported type. | [optional] 
**template_password** | **String** |  | [optional] 
**use_scratch_pad** | **String** | Reserved for future use.  Indicates whether a scratchpad is used for editing information.   | [optional]
