The plugin now provides additional routes and migrations. Mount the engine:

    # config/routes.rb
    mount Pageflow::LinkmapPage::Engine, at: '/linkmap_page'

Install and run migrations:

    $ rake pageflow_linkmap_page:install:migrations
    $ rake db:migrate
