# Genderify

Genderify Strings using this simple syntax:

```ruby
>> "About (him|her)".genderify(:f) 
=> "About her"

>> "(He|She) recommended (his|her) own book".genderify(:m) 
=> "He recommended his own book"
```

You can also pass an object that responds to `gender` call, returning gender 
symbol ie :f (see full list in lib/genderify/string_ext.rb)

```ruby
>> "(He|She) favorited your post!".genderify(user)
=> "She favorited your post!".
```

## Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

    gem 'genderify'

And then execute:

    $ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

    $ gem install genderify
