Returns the name of a Unicode codepoint sequence, if one exists.

Unicode version: **13.0** (March 2020)

Emoji version: **13.1** (September 2020)

IVD version: **2020-11-06** (November 2020)

Supported Rubies: **2.7**, **2.6**, **2.5** (also latest JRuby and TruffleRuby stable)

Old Rubies which might still work: **2.4**, **2.3**, **2.2**, **2.1**, **2.0**

## Usage

```ruby
require "unicode/sequence_name"

Unicode::SequenceName.of "‼︎" # => "DOUBLE EXCLAMATION MARK (text style)"
Unicode::SequenceName.of "㓟︀" # => "CJK COMPATIBILITY IDEOGRAPH-2F81F"
Unicode::SequenceName.of "င︀" # => "MYANMAR LETTER NGA (dotted form)"
Unicode::SequenceName.of "நி" # => "TAMIL SYLLABLE NI"
