This is a pre-release for the upcoming `8.x` versions of the client.

- Tested with Elastic Enterprise Search API version 8.0-SNAPSHOT.
- Tested with Ruby 2.7, 3.0, 3.1, JRuby 9.3.
- Updates request to return an Elastic::API::Response object.

Full release notes will be released with 8.0.0 GA.
