If you did not need any credentials to get to this page:

$ gem sources -a http://localhost:9293/

If you needed some credentials to get to this page:

$ gem sources -a http://username:password@localhost:9293/

Then:

$ gem install geminabox
$ gem inabox my-gem-0.0.1.gem

Enter the root url for your personal geminabox instance. (E.g. <%= url '/' %>)
