Usage:
    rumm create file in container CONTAINER_ID [--file PATHNAME]

Options:
    --file: PATHNAME             # Path to the file

Arguments:
    CONTAINER_ID: STRING         # Name of the container to store the file

Description:
    Uploads the specified file to the specified container.

Examples:
    rumm create file on container colorful-cat
