You use choctop with the following rake tasks:
  rake appcast # Create dmg, update appcast file, and upload to host
  rake build   # Create/update the appcast file
  rake dmg     # Create the dmg file for appcasting
  rake upload  # Upload the dmg and appcast files to the host
