Description:
    Modifies the config/outbox.yml file to work with the outbox gem
    Pass in the outbox item, either CamelCased or under_scored

Example:
    bin/rails generate kafka_producer:outbox_producer some_namespace/outbox_item

    This will modify:
        config/outbox.yml
