== SYNOPSIS:

  cd /path/to/rails/app
  add : require 'continuous4r' to your Rakefile
  'rake continuous4r:init' to create your continuous4r-project.xml file
  edit continuous4r-project.xml to suit your needs
  Type 'rake continuous4r:build' to build
  then open tmp/continuous4r/index.html in your browser

* sudo gem install continuous4r
