Indexes the location at the specified resolution.

Returns 0 on error.

## h3ToGeo

```

Finds the centroid of the index.

## h3ToGeoBoundary

void h3ToGeoBoundary(H3Index h3, GeoBoundary *gp);
```

Finds the boundary of the index.
