In this test, tangles files will exist relative to this file.

e.g. including the connections to the database in the same file:

mysql:
  db: users
  host: somewhere-example.local
  password: 111111111
#+end_src

When directory does not exists, it should create
when =:mkdirp= is specified.

config: 'hello'
