1.) Go to www.ckeditor.com
2.) Customize and Download
3.) Upload the build-config.js from this ./ckeditor/
4.) Select Skin Moono Color skin (scroll to the right)
5.) Language English
6.) Optimized Source
7.) Unzip the ckeditor.zip over the ./ckeditor/ directory
8.) Delete the ./ckeditor/samples/ directory

9.) cd effective_ckeditor/app/assets/javascripts/
10.) chmod +x after_update.sh
11.) ./after_update.sh
12.) Go into git and revert any removed plugins/effective_*/ files
