this is the list of things to do:

  $ bundle install      #=> Get yer dependencies
  * edit Thorfile with the path to the latest Selenium Jar
  $ thor joe:download   #=> downloads the latest Selenium Jar file
  $ rake                #=> make sure they're green
  $ gem build selenium-rc.gemspec
