Only loads whatever portion is necessary to determine the dimensions. ## Installation Add this line to your application's Gemfile: ```ruby gem 'dimscan' ``` And then execute: $ bundle Or install it yourself as: $ gem install dimscan ## Usage ``` ruby scanner = Dimscan::JPEGScanner.new('https://example.com/image.jpg') scanner.scan_dimensions # => { width: 32, height: 32 } ``` At the moment only JPEG and PNG are supported. ## Development After checking out the repo, run `bin/setup` to install dependencies. Then, run `bin/console` for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment. To install this gem onto your local machine, run `bundle exec rake install`.
