= Should be Restful

The exiled should_be_restful macro from the should testing library.
I extracted it to its own gem because I believe it is well suited for testing rails application that use restful controller abstractions, such as make_resourceful and resource_controller.

For the reasons it was removed from the main shoulda library please see http://thoughtbot.lighthouseapp.com/projects/5807/tickets/78-deprecate-should_be_restful.
