= Changes made to libnet-1.1.2.1

* Fixed bug that incorrectly packed the traffic class and flow label fields of
  the IPv6 header.
* Fixed IPv6 checksum bug.
* Removed check for root user from <tt>libnet_init()</tt>.  This check is now only done
  in the <tt>libnet_write*</tt> functions.
