you can run quotereporter.rb with

   ruby -r path/to/openwferu/lib/ quotereporter.rb

It will fetch a few quotes for stocks and produce an atom feed file (atom_feed.xml)

If openwferu was installed via rubygems, you can simply do

   ruby quotereporter.rb
