Usage:
    rumm create attachment on server SERVER_ID

Options:
    -v, --volume STRING        # Name of the volume to attach

Arguments:
    SERVER_ID: STRING          # The name of the server the volume is to be attached to

Description:
    Attaches the specified volume to the named server.
