- Improved SSL for specifying the map of the element and what
  importer/export to use.

- Rename 'map' to 'field'

- Shared Spec helper for better BDD. Currently I run into issues from
  duplicating from 'map' and the fact there is no easy way to test the
  mappings themselves.
