Description:
    The generator allows you to create a Jekyll blog within your rails app.
    The default [NAME] called blog

Example:
    rails generate jekyll:blog [NAME]
    if you  choose not to add a name your files will be automatically generated to the public/blog directory

    This will create:
        public/[NAME]
