= Cartolify

Cartolify is a Library, and the main engine, of my new project for keep tracks of my budget.
This library has 3 functions:

* Return the Bank Account Balance,
* Return the last month transactions list, and
* Sync the transactions with a local DB

For now is not possible, beacuse we are just starting
