Wonderdog has been updated to work with Elasticsearch v17 or greater. Previous code was moved into the branch v17_pre and will be deprecated. All changes going forward will be based upon compatibility with Elasticsearch v17 or greater and will live in the master branch.

* estool has been redone completely for enhanced usability. Run ```bin/estool --help``` for examples.

* Updated and cleaned up test directory.
