    Generates a client stub and config files and downloads the schema from the given endpoint.

Example:
    rails generate artemis:install Artsy https://metaphysics-production.artsy.net

    This will create:
        app/operations/artsy.rb
        app/operations/artsy/.gitkeep
        config/graphql.yml
        vendor/graphql/schema/artsy.json
