Description:
    Creates directories structure to store database objects. By default it will be created under `RAILS_ROOT/db/objects`.

    If you're going to change default path don't forget to change configuration as well.

Examples:
    `rails generate pg_objects:install`

    `rails generate pg_objects:install --help`
